Hochul calls on Trump to support CHIPS ACT, law used to lure Micron to Central NY

Albany, N.Y. — President-elect Donald Trump must commit to supporting the CHIPS and Science Act, the federal law that helped lure Micron Technology to Central New York, Gov. Kathy Hochul said today.
Hochul mentioned the law and called for Trump‘s support during a 10-minute address Wednesday afternoon. Her comments focused on New York‘s preparations for Trump’s second term and any possible actions the new administration could take that might harm New Yorkers.
